It has been a privilege to work with so many esteemed industry specialists and talented teams all over the world. Whilst based in the UK, our projects have taken us around Asia, America, Europe and the Middle East, participating in some of the most spectacular and recognised events in recent media.
Introducing John Venier, Director of Venier and live production specialist. John’s capabilities include production management, scenic project management, technical draughting in both 2D and 3D, CAD management, as well as a natural flair for problem solving at scale and dedication to a showstopping final result.
John, what a natural talent you are. You brought some significant skills to the table, and I think we used just about all of them on this job. I appreciated the way you tackled everything thrown at you with patience and well thought through processes to always find the best possible outcome in each and every instance.

The task of learning to use and implement a brand new type of software to indicate the scene changes for all delegate performances was one which John undertook with all of his enthusiasm and dedication. The digital spike mark software was a beneficial part of the whole show and without Johns involvement was unlikely to be as successful as it was.

John’s level of dedication in producing detailed technical drawings for both ceremonies was outstanding. This was never more evident in the detailed work he undertook in talking to all relevant departments to produce a technical storyboard of every step of the opening ceremony. This highly accurate and important document was used by all team members to plan their tasks during the two hour ceremony.
